From October 21 to 23, 2026, the “2026 (7th) Smart Chemical Industrial Park Construction and Development Conference,” hosted by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, was grandly held in Liaocheng, Shandong. Under the theme “Expanding Intelligent Applications and Promoting Long-Term Development of Chemical Industrial Parks,” the conference brought together more than 400 representatives from national ministries and commissions, industry associations, local governments, chemical industrial parks, and upstream and downstream enterprises. As a professional service provider in industrial safety digitalization, Beijing Bangandi Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Bangandi”) was invited to attend the conference. Through a major keynote speech and hardcore product displays, the company comprehensively presented its innovative achievements and practical experience in empowering the digital and intelligent transformation of chemical industrial parks and enterprises.
1. Deep Insights: AI Technology Reshapes a New Paradigm of Safety Supervision

In the keynote speech session of the conference, Chen Pingqi, Director of the Pre-sales Department of the company, delivered a keynote speech entitled “AI Drives Chemical Enterprises to Achieve Proactive Monitoring, Early Warning and Smart Operations.” Drawing on Bangandi’s rich experience in digital and intelligent services for parks and enterprises, he elaborated on how AI technology drives the transformation of chemical safety supervision business across five core scenarios: dynamic assessment and early warning of chemical risks, dual-prevention and intelligent inspection, JSA analysis and on-site control of special operations, chemical emergency response, and emergency plan preparation. This enables an upgrade from “manual post-event control” to “data-driven proactive intelligent prevention and control.” In response to pain points in traditional chemical safety supervision—such as complex scenarios, the difficulty of exhaustively enumerating traditional mechanism models, insufficient risk assessment capabilities, and isolated multi-source data—Chen Pingqi pointed out that the key to breaking through lies in building scenario-specific “vertical safety intelligent agents,” deeply integrating AI capabilities into business processes, and combining “vertical intelligent agents + intelligent perception terminals” to effectively solve the problems of “not seeing the whole picture, not being able to control it, and not being able to prevent it firmly” in chemical enterprise safety management.

In specific practice, Chen Pingqi proposed that intelligent agents should empower safety management around three dimensions: “improving efficiency, reducing costs, and de-experientializing,” and should use five types of scenario agents to drive safety supervision from manual experience-driven to data- and model-driven. First, the dynamic risk assessment and early warning agent focuses on issues such as false alarm governance in chemical scenarios and insufficient mechanism-model assessment capabilities in complex scenarios, improving early warning accuracy and response efficiency. Second, the dual-prevention and intelligent inspection agent, through capabilities such as instant Q&A and intelligent recognition of snapshots, reduces inspection dependence on individual experience and professional capabilities, distills expert experience into standardized inspection processes and handling recommendations, and improves inspection quality and efficiency. Third, the special operations JSA analysis and on-site control agent improves the quality of job safety analysis, identifies on-site operation risks in real time, and strengthens supervision of the operation process. Fourth, the emergency response agent links resource scheduling to support rapid response and collaborative handling in emergency scenarios. Fifth, the emergency plan agent assists experts in independent assessment and analysis, improving the intelligence level of emergency plan preparation and application. Each agent can conduct independent assessment and also respond collaboratively, running through the entire chain of risk identification, early warning assessment, verification and supervision, and closed-loop handling. Ultimately, it achieves autonomous supervision and closed-loop intelligent control across the entire safety business process, helping enterprises achieve six major outcomes: “front-loaded risks and proactive early warning, intelligent process management and controllable operations, intelligent assessment and assisted decision-making, emergency empowerment and rapid response, compliance autonomy and cost reduction with efficiency improvement, and full-domain closed loop and continuous optimization.”
2. Hardcore Strength: Innovative Software and Hardware Product Matrix Widely Acclaimed

In addition to the collision of cutting-edge concepts, the “Digital-Intelligent Product Exhibition Area” created by Bangandi at the exhibition site also attracted much attention. At the exhibition site, Bangandi focused on displaying a series of software and hardware products, including the comprehensive management and control platform for smart chemical industrial parks, the industrial internet + intelligent management and control platform for hazardous chemical enterprises, the intelligent monitoring and control system for special operations, digital mobile gas monitors, safety control wearable devices, industrial data collection security gateways, intelligent explosion-proof handheld terminals, explosion-proof handheld acoustic imagers, and portable gas detection alarms. These products cover the entire chain of “device, network, and cloud,” demonstrating Bangandi’s deep capabilities in “software-hardware collaboration.”

Rich scenario-based solutions attracted many conference guests to stop for exchanges and consultations. Bangandi Chairman Lin Mingqi personally came to the booth and gave visitors detailed introductions to the company’s latest research results and software and hardware product system. Through a three-dimensional presentation of “display boards + physical demonstrations + on-site explanations,” Bangandi comprehensively showcased its profound technical accumulation in the field of petrochemical safety digitalization. The exchange atmosphere in front of the booth was lively, and many park and enterprise representatives spoke highly of the practicality and innovation of Bangandi’s products.

The year 2026 is not only the opening year of the 15th Five-Year Plan but also a critical year for the chemical industry to drive safety transformation with “new quality productive forces.” Facing the era trend of chemical industrial parks upgrading toward safety, green development, and intelligence, Bangandi knows well that there is no endpoint in safety technology—only a continuous series of new starting points. In the future, the company will continue to take root in the field of industrial safety digitalization, continuously deepen the collaborative advantages of “large models + intelligent agents + software and hardware,” and promote the implementation of AI technology in more complex and demanding chemical scenarios. Bangandi will uphold its original aspiration of “strengthening safety with technology and ensuring production with expertise,” not only serving as a provider of cutting-edge technologies but also as a “safety partner” for the long-term stability of chemical industrial parks. Together with industry peers, it will build a solid defense line for digital and intelligent transformation and escort the petrochemical industry to steady and long-term progress on the new journey of high-quality development.
