Through the active efforts of the Bangandi project team members, the Xuyang Group Safety and Environmental Protection Management and Control Platform project is nearing completion. Various tasks and sub-projects have been essentially finished, and the project successfully passed the inspection experiment and acceptance by leaders of the Emergency Management Bureau. Next, the project team members will continue to strengthen their sense of responsibility, perform their duties diligently, strictly control responsibility checkpoints, advance project construction according to the established plan, continuously solidify the foundation of the park's safety and environmental protection management and control, and ensure the smooth completion of the Group's safety and environmental protection management and control platform.
China Xuyang Group Co., Ltd. (1907.HK) was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Beijing. After twenty-seven years of development, it has become a large enterprise group with coordinated development across businesses such as coke, chemicals, new energy, and new materials. Against the backdrop of safe, green, and low-carbon development, to improve the safety and environmental protection management and control governance mechanism and enhance safety and environmental protection management capabilities, Xuyang Group launched the Safety and Environmental Protection Management and Control Platform Construction Project.
In early May 2022, Bangandi was confirmed as the winning bidder for the Xuyang Group Safety and Environmental Protection Management and Control Platform project. Simultaneously, Bangandi began dispatching on-site implementation teams to Xuyang Group's Cangzhou, Dongming, Yuncheng, and Xingtai parks for research and implementation work. With the coordination and cooperation of Xuyang Group's leadership and staff from various parks, some technical development and on-site construction work has been completed in an orderly manner according to plan.
The Safety and Environmental Protection Management and Control Platform built by Bangandi for Xuyang Group will improve its safety and environmental protection management and control governance mechanism, promote quality and efficiency improvements in safety and environmental protection management and control work across Xuyang Group's parks, and advance the informatization construction of safety and environmental protection management and control. Bangandi will also serve the safety and environmental protection management and control business departments at all levels of Xuyang Group well in terms of implementation teams, project management, and team collaboration, safeguarding the informatization construction of safety and environmental protection management and control.
During the construction period of the Xuyang Group Safety and Environmental Protection Management and Control Platform project, facing the severe test of the pandemic, to ensure normal project construction and delivery, Bangandi deployed elite personnel from its branches across China, including Xinjiang, Gansu, Jiangsu, and Guangdong, to the parks, racing against time.
Meanwhile, for the timely launch and smooth operation of the Safety and Environmental Protection Management and Control Platform, some of Bangandi's technical personnel also stationed themselves in various parks, eating and living in the factory buildings. Technical personnel from the Beijing headquarters also worked tirelessly day and night to meet deadlines.
