Zhong'an United Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in 2010, jointly funded by Sinopec Great Wall Energy and Chemical and Anhui Wanbei Coal and Electricity, as a new modern coal chemical integrated enterprise. Since the coal chemical plant of Zhong'an United Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. was commissioned and the entire process was completed in July 2019, it has been operating at full capacity for nearly three years. To eliminate production bottlenecks and unstable and unsafe factors in the plant, Zhong'an Company decided to carry out the first major maintenance on the coal chemical plant starting from July 30, 2022.
In this overhaul project, Bangandi is primarily responsible for the maintenance of the PLC control system across the entire plant area. This specifically includes 18 sets of devices, totaling over 300 PLC control systems, such as port facilities, coal handling and storage facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, circulating water systems, water supply systems, desulfurization facilities, boiler systems, synthesis facilities, sulfur recovery facilities, coal grinding facilities, gasification facilities, air separation facilities, polypropylene facilities, polyethylene facilities, and S-MTO facilities. Additionally, they are responsible for conducting spot checks on the PLC control system of the desalinated water facility.
